Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborate with stakeholders including business units, external vendors, legal, risk, and UX teams to gather and refine detailed requirements.
• Write clear and detailed user stories in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Understand and perform documentation processes, including creating business requirement documents, process maps, and project plans.
• Drive and lead minor business projects or guide people within projects and initiatives, including task creation for developers.
• Participate actively in governance processes related to Card Issuing alongside business analysis responsibilities.
• Act as project manager or epic owner across all stages of the preparation and delivery process.
• Ensure features are ready by engaging in every step of the process with a delivery-oriented, hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and aligning stakeholders with proposed changes.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Scrum frameworks, with experience working in agile environments valued.
