Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager – QMIP to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production quality activities within the Finspång factory
• Act as the main point of contact for project quality within internal production
• Ensure effective execution and prioritization of quality-related tasks on site
• Organize and manage customer witnessing activities during production
• Secure adherence to and continuous improvement of internal and external quality standards
• Collect, review, and manage quality documentation such as QRL, QCP, ICR, and other relevant records
• Support overall project execution through structured quality assurance processes and collaboration with key stakeholders

What you bring:

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, power, or process engineering, or equivalent background
• 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably within a quality organization
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
• Experience or educational background related to the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery is an advantage
• Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus
• Structured, cooperative, and proactive personality with strong organizational skills
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities and a drive to move projects forward
