Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the business and IT for system solution requirements related to “XX Special”
• Gather, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into clear, actionable system and process requirements
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of functional needs
• Drive the requirements process independently, ensuring high quality in both documentation and communication
• Propose innovative approaches and improvements based on deep understanding of the retail domain
• Navigate and coordinate across organizational functions to ensure that different interests are reflected in the requirements
• Ensure requirements are feasible and align with technical, developmental, and maintenance capabilities

What you bring:

• Proven experience in leading requirements gathering and documentation within IT projects
• Strong background in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of relevant system solutions and business processes
• Familiarity with procurement processes and the ability to support in system-related procurement activities
• Solid IT knowledge and understanding of system development and management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, interpret, and convey complex information clearly
• Strong sense of self-leadership with the ability to work independently and drive tasks forward
• Availability to travel between Stockholm and Gothenburg as needed
