We’re looking for a Technology & Data specialist

We are looking for a positive team player who is passionate about creating value for our retailers and who likes to guide and support them with their technology and data transition journey.

Scope

As a dedicated project member towards a retailer and their respective markets, your role is to support the market with all technology and data related matters for them to transition from their current landscape to the new core digital retail offer (eg, data preparation and cleansing, hardware purchase recommendations).

You might have been a technical architect with wide experience, including some or most of the below preferred skills:

- Azure tenants – What they are for, how they work

- Entra ID – Concepts like IGA, B2B Cross tenant sync, Graph and concepts around authentication, authorization and provisioning

- Network and infrastructure – Like, latency, network optimization, configuration of quality of service for traffic prioritization, firewalls, onprem security implementations

- Dynamics 365 F&O technical experience including LCS, deployment strategies,

- MPOS and CPOS, including topology options like Cloud Scale Unit, Offline capabilities

- WAN connectivity options – MPLS, VPN, Broadband, StarLink and other options to make connectivity stable in countries where connectivity might be unstable

- Integration architecture and integration design – Patterns like PUB/SUB, Rest API, SFTP

- Service operations (24x7) regarding ITIL processes

- Information Security and Privacy topics (GDPR and Infosec)

- The technical process of rolling out Enterprise ERP solutions (from a project point of view, requirements, implementation, configuration, local integrations, data migration, go-live preparations, go-live, fallback options)

- Experienced in global ERP migrations and/or deployments

- Proven experience in data migration and its preparation

- Proven experience in technology and hardware purchasing

Main tasks

Be the Subject Matter Expert for all technology and data matters in market transition journey(s), and:

- Define market tech & data activity plan and roadmap

- Operationalize transition architecture for a market

- Support the market in technology-related challenges

- Support the market in data preparation and cleansing

- Support the market in hardware planning and purchasing

- Advice the retailer on technology directions and/or purchases

- Track progress and report to and/or advice project organization
