Key Responsibilities:
▪ Methodical evaluation of the current status of work processes and structures in construction management together with the top management based on:
- Processes, working methods and structures
- Tools
- Skills and training
- Reports and KPIs
▪ Interview and workshop-based identification of areas for action, potential and quick wins prioritization of improvement goals in collaboration with top management
▪ Detailed definition of processes, working methods and structures, roles, skills, training, meetings, documents and templates as well as KPIs
▪ Coordinating the solutions with management and the teams in Construction Management Implementing and coaching the prioritized solutions for construction management
▪ Regular reporting of project progress to top management
Qualifications:
▪ Experience managing complex, cross-functional construction processes
▪ Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
▪ Knowledge of digital tools in construction management
▪ Degree in Engineering, Fabric design or related field
▪ Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office
Conditions:
▪ Start: April 2025, minimum 6 months (extension possible)
▪ Full-time (5 days/week), 50% remote, 50% in North Sweden
