Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop solution architectures and drive end-to-end design across multiple systems and functions.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other architects to align solutions with both business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement integration solutions using SOAP, REST, EDI, and microservices.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing within a modern IT landscape.
- Support strategic and tactical initiatives for business-critical systems implementation and enhancement.
- Work in close partnership with solution and enterprise architects to elevate architecture at the group level.
- Contribute to cloud adoption strategies, data governance, CI/CD processes, and solution security.
What you bring:
- Several years of experience as a solution architect in complex and large-scale IT environments.
- Proven expertise in modern integration methods and architectural patterns.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as CI/CD and solution-level security.
- Solid understanding of information management and end-to-end business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Background in retail or grocery trade is highly meritorious.
- Experience with standard systems and custom-built solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with business domains such as Assortment & Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Sales/Marketing.
- Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture practices and participation in broader architectural communities.
