Would you like to be a part of our team to develop top modern technical solutions for train connection systems? We are now looking for a dedicated Project Manager for coupler R&D projects. The position is temporary from 1st of April 2025 to 28th of February 2026, replacement of parental leave. As a Project Manager you will have the responsibility to lead, support and coordinate R&D projects and secure progress and results as requested. You will manage project deliveries, budget, resources, time plan and coordinate activities to ensure a successful result. You will co-ordinate the projects in line with our internal project processes through all milestones of the project, from project kick-off through planning, purchasing, design, prototype validation and product launch. The projects can concern anything within and above our broad range of products and services within train connection systems. You will work closely with other internal group functions, to assure that projects are completed on time and in compliance with the requirements. You will be placed at our head office in Vika, Falun and you report to Development Manager. Traveling may be necessary in accordance with the project requirements. The successful candidate will have the following profile Education & Job experiences: • Technical understanding • Minimum of 3 years university degree within related area of the responsibility • Minimum 3 years of project management experience or equal, preferably applied in technical projects. • Skills using MS Software and ERP system Personal skills: • Service, team and result-oriented with good technical understanding and commercial skills. • Ability to read and understand technical specifications, requirements, standards and design accordingly. • Well organized and structured, highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude. • Capacity to handle large and complex projects or multiple projects at the same time. • Fluent in spoken and written English.
