We’re looking for a driven and technically-savvy Företagssäljare to support the growth of our business by delivering top-tier support and solution management to our major customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales & Delivery Support: Provide technical pre-sales assistance and oversee the delivery and ongoing maintenance of customer terminal solution projects.
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Management: Lead customer requirement collection processes, manage evolving technical needs, and translate them into tailored, effective solutions—while aligning with customer expectations.
- Training & Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and deliver engaging, informative training sessions to help customers get the most out of our solutions.
- Relationship Development & Technical Support: Build and maintain relationships with customer-side technical stakeholders—such as product managers, sales engineers, and professional services teams—and support our account managers with technical expertise to drive business growth.
