About the roleIn this role, you’ll work hands-on with the development of real-time data flows and transformation applications within Tryg360 – their shared platform used across Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You’ll collaborate with teams throughout the Tryg Group to build scalable solutions that support analytics, decision-making, and future innovation.
You will be the technical lead in projects, analyze data models, transform data models to their common data model (TrygModel), and write data transformation applications in Java and SQL.

As a Data Engineer, you'll work on integrating data from both internal and external sources into Tryg’s common data model. You’ll develop and maintain transformation applications, with data flowing in real-time to the Tryg360 Data Marketplace, supporting analytics and decision-making throughout the company.
You have a problem-solving personality and are passionate about tackling challenges and complex problems, because in this role you will have to investigate in order to understand and transform data systems to fit Trygg-Hansas central data platform.
You need to be skilled in data modeling and programming but also being able to take lead in projects. We are looking for you who are innovative, self-sufficient and helpful and experience in the insurance industry is highly valued.
