We are looking for an Application Support Specialist/First-line IT Support. You will provide first-line IT support to users across multiple regions and your daily work will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and escalating cases when necessary. You will be working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities

• Provide IT support by handling incoming service requests via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues using technical knowledge, internal documentation, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Monitor and track requests, keeping users updated on progress.
• Support business applications used by customers in various markets.
• Work according to ITIL and best practices, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English - Fluent in Swedish is a must!
• Experience in IT helpdesk/application support, preferably with ticketing tools like ITSM.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-oriented mindset, able to handle high-pressure situations and de-escalate issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
