· Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions across manufacturing processes, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robotics.
· Lead integration of manufacturing and test systems.
· Develop control system architecture, hardware specs, and software logic for high-throughput and high-reliability equipment.
· Drive the roadmap for Peak's strategy, balancing scalability, cost, and reliability.
· Support commissioning of new equipment, debug and resolve issues, and document system functionality.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems teams to ensure seamless integration of process designs.
· Work with external vendors to evaluate and implement software tools and solutions.
· Build and maintain documentation, preventive maintenance plans, and upgrade roadmaps for software systems.
