Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior App Developer – Xamarin/.NET MAUI to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Build high-quality mobile applications from the ground up, taking them from concept to launch
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate robust backend functionality
• Lead and guide development best practices within the app team
• Set up and refine app development processes, structure, and standards
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable code
• Manage version control and deployment to App Store and Google Play
• Influence tooling and workflow to improve team efficiency and delivery
• Work in a collaborative environment with opportunities to make a significant technical impact

What you bring:

• Proven experience building mobile applications from scratch
• Solid understanding of the full app development lifecycle, from idea to App Store
• Strong skills in guiding and mentoring teams, with the ability to drive development forward
• Experience with version management and publishing to App Store and Google Play
• Appreciation for clean code, good structure, and a polished user experience
• Insight into tools and processes that streamline mobile development
• Preferably a background in desktop development, bringing a structured and methodical approach
• Experience with Xamarin and/or • NET MAUI (advantageous)
