ABOUT US:

JGruppen is focused on performing electrical and mechanical installations and

maintenance work. Our HQ is based in Sweden, EU, but our field of operation is all over the world and across Europe, North America all over Middle East.

We are an independent and committed external contractor. Mostly, thanks to our reputation for proper delivering of cost-effective and high-quality jobs, performed by our competent professionals, we are receiving more and more assignments in various projects for large international automated system builders and integration specialists.

We have opened a new branch in North America and need to strengthen up our teams with several new skilled colleagues. During 2025 we are hiring new skilled craftsman who will join in our teams across the world to learn the trade.

YOUR AREA OF ​​RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE:

● Installing, servicing and repairing automated industrial and warehouse systems like conveyor belts, Autostore systems, rack shelfs, mezzanines, cranes etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

● Good training in the fields of mechanical installation and tools usage

● Ability to work at heights

● Willingness to assemble worldwide and willingness to travel

● Mandatory knowledge of English language, at least B1 (spoken and written)

● Understanding of fabrication and installation drawings

● Hand skills required for assembly and fabrication purposes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

● Must become knowledgeable in the applications of the customers’ equipment.

● Ability to collect and interpret information into solutions that are in the best interest of the company.

● Have a professional training and experience in an industrial installation discipline.

● Have qualities as enthusiasm, decisiveness, planning, confidence and accountability.

● Have strong technical and mechanical working knowledge of industrial installations

● Be able to work safely with potentially harmful components.

● Have ability to work independently and in a team environment.

● Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the changing needs of the job.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

● Citizenship in some of the EU countries

● Be able to continuously pass a drug and alcohol screens

● Can pass criminal background check

● Ability to read drawings and instructions from paper/digital format plan

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

● Driving licence B, C, CE

● Certificates like forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, welding certificate, hot works etc.

Any type of adequate certificate is desirable

● Tax numbers, Finland, Norway, Sweden or any other country is desirable.

SALARY AND WORK:

● Individual wage setting depending on skills and experience.

● Work hours 40-50 hours a week
