Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead a multi-stream project involving data collection, change management, training, and cross-country implementation
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across workstreams and adapting to varying legal frameworks
• Coordinate with internal teams including HR, legal, IT, and finance to ensure smooth execution
• Manage external stakeholders and vendors as needed
• Oversee procurement processes (RFI/RFP) for the selection of tools or partners related to data analysis and compliance reporting
• Ensure consistent and accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

What you bring:

• Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects within HR, compliance, or legal frameworks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of Swedish labor law and compensation regulations
• Experience working with CSRD or similar compliance frameworks is meriting
• Familiarity with procurement and vendor selection processes (RFI/RFP)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
