Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Act as the primary interface between suppliers and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and strong collaboration
• Develop and implement supplier oversight plans aimed at mitigating project risks effectively
• Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure they meet specific project requirements and align with customer expectations
• Coordinate witness and inspection schedules with suppliers for both Siemens Energy and customer quality checkpoints
• Review and validate supplier quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, certificates, and declarations
• Conduct pre-inspection meetings with suppliers to ensure alignment on quality expectations and compliance requirements

What you bring:

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Swedish is highly desirable
• Experience or background in the design, manufacture, or operation of rotating machinery, boilers, or within the process industry
• Familiarity with standards such as CE-marking, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, and EU LVD is considered a strong asset
• A structured, communicative, and collaborative approach with the ability to drive cross-functional project initiatives
• Previous experience in product quality assurance and a solid understanding of project execution processes
