Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Plan, develop, and execute communication activities aligned with the transformation program
- Collaborate with Core Program Team and Area Leads to tailor communications for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and drive clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the employee transfer process
- Align local communication plans with cross-brand central initiatives and identify and close any communication gaps
- Support change management efforts, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination
- Manage events such as town halls and workshops to support employee understanding of changes
- Work in close cooperation with HR, Corporate Communication, Labour Law, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Actively contribute to international cross-brand communication workstreams
- Ensure cohesive messaging and strong stakeholder engagement across the organization and with sister brands
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, human resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in organizational communication and change management
- Strong ability to craft effective, clear, and engaging communication for various internal audiences
- Skilled in writing for both strategic and operational contexts
- Experience working with internal communication channels (e.g., intranets, newsletters, presentations)
- Familiarity with communication platforms and tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and M365
- Ability to create visually appealing communication materials using tools like PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels
- Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on delivering high-value results
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and verbal)
- Experience in redeployment processes is meritorious but not mandatory
