A Service Reliability Engineer with expertise in AWS to ensure high availability and reliability of their solutions and services. You will work closely with DevOps teams to enable them to take full responsibility for the lifecycle of their services.

Key Requirements

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.

• AWS Expertise: Experience with AWS or similar cloud providers.
• DevOps Experience: Focus on Ops.
• Observability Tools: Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and Automation: Experience in scripting and automation.
• Programming: Experience with Java, Python, or similar.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• ITIL Experience: Knowledge of ITIL.
