Quickspin is one of the world’s leading providers of innovative and entertaining video slots, other RNG, and live casino games. We strive to push boundaries through creative gameplay, unique themes, and new experiences to deliver high-quality entertainment. With a constant drive to improve, we are now looking for a Head of Product to join the Quickspin family.

About the role

As Head of Product, you will lead our Product team and own the long-term product vision at Quickspin. You will be responsible for setting direction, leading our Game Producers, and ensuring our games are both high quality and commercially successful. You will lead cross-functional teams of Game Designers, Developers and Artists. As we’re part of the Playtech Group, you will manage stakeholders outside of Quickspin and have the opportunity to build relationships and drive strategic initiatives across one of the leading iGaming companies in the world. Your role will be key in shaping our roadmap and ensuring we stay at the forefront of the industry – perfect for someone who thrives on combining structure, vision and creativity.

Main responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support the Game Producer team.
• Champion the product roadmap and long-term product vision.
• Drive alignment across game teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and at high quality.
• Work closely with data, commercial and design teams to support decision-making.
• Main representative of Quickspins product and vision externally.

Required skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or production leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in iGaming and/or live game production.
• Analytical mindset – comfortable with data and tools like Power BI or google analytics.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Figma.
• Solid understanding of slot games and player behavior.
• Strategic and curious mindset, with the ability to spot and analyze trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
