Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design mechanical components and mechanisms from concept phase through to release and production
• Present and lead 3D model review meetings showcasing technical solutions
• Perform structural assessments including hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Create technical documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Explore and develop innovative solutions to enhance sustainability, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate across engineering, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing, and testing teams
• Provide support in design validation testing such as endurance, performance, and drop tests
• Review and improve existing mechanical design and drawing review processes
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between R&D design, operations, manufacturing, and suppliers

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Broad technical expertise in machinery and mechanical design, with knowledge in areas such as power transmission, gearbox technology, and manufacturing techniques (machining, casting, injection molding, additive manufacturing)
• Familiarity with motors and electronic equipment is considered an advantage
• Proficiency in CREO and Product Data Management (PDM) systems
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
• Strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
