About Systemblokk Systemblokk is the largest private employer in Midt-Telemark and one of Norway's leading manufacturers of retaining walls, building blocks, and prefabricated concrete elements. Our head office and main production facility are located in Bø in Telemark, where we focus on prefabricated concrete elements and block production. Additionally, we have a subdivision in Notodden specializing in the production of Recon retaining wall blocks.
