Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Support and Development Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This hybrid role combines strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on software development to ensure our systems, applications, and users operate smoothly and efficiently.
You will act as a bridge between our support and engineering teams—resolving technical issues, developing tools and fixes, and contributing to product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and internal technical issues across applications and services.
- Triage incoming support requests, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Document issues, solutions, and workarounds for internal and external use.
Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal tools, automation scripts, and system improvements to support operations and enhance product stability.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to implement bug fixes, feature enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between support, QA, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless issue tracking and resolution.
- Assist in product releases and deployments, including testing, documentation, and monitoring.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor system performance and provide feedback to proactively prevent issues.
- Generate reports on recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support, DevOps, SRE, or software engineering role.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash, Java, C#, etc.).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience with databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
