Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring successful initiation, execution, and closure in alignment with contractual obligations and the defined project delivery model
- Oversee all project activities across disciplines including Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, and Completion, ensuring delivery within schedule, scope, budget, and required quality standards
- Fulfill all Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability (HSE&S) policies and performance goals throughout the project
- Establish and implement the commercial strategy jointly with the Project Sponsor, ensuring alignment with the Client, partners, and contractors
- Ensure all team members understand and operate in accordance with the Client Contract and internal project procedures
- Facilitate early contract reviews and project scope briefings for all project participants
- Drive effective planning and scheduling processes with active involvement from all disciplines, ensuring ownership and accountability
- Establish and maintain an updated resource plan, securing the availability of qualified personnel throughout the project
- Manage changes efficiently with appropriate scope follow-up and implement claim management procedures as per contract requirements
- Maintain control of financial performance, including invoicing, cash flow, project cost control, and profitability forecasting
- Provide regular, structured reporting on project scope, schedule, and financial status to both internal stakeholders and the Client
- Maintain high focus on weekly progress updates and ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with project expectations
- Promote effective communication and stakeholder management, building strong relationships with the Client’s Project Manager and key project stakeholders
- Ensure formal communication protocols are followed, and all contractual matters are documented and reviewed before submission
- Coordinate and participate in all key decision-making meetings, both internal and external
- Organize regular client meetings, issue minutes of meeting, and maintain open channels with suppliers, contractors, and third parties
- Establish and manage project-specific communication tools such as project email boxes, interface registers, and contact lists
- Create a culture of accountability and follow-up through consistent use of action lists, meeting notes, and personal project logbooks
What You Bring
- Proven experience in managing complex industrial or infrastructure projects, with full responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience working within structured delivery models
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project interfaces across various locations and organizational levels
- Excellent understanding of contractual frameworks and the ability to ensure compliance with all commercial, legal, and technical requirements
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, cost control, and profitability monitoring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and structured approach to internal and external collaboration
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, environment, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with change and claim management processes and tools
- Ability to create and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance
- Skilled in planning, risk management, and reporting at both strategic and operational levels
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken – additional language skills are an advantage but not required
