Prospexs is a B2B matching engine that helps sales teams find the companies that need them the most — automatically. We use AI to analyze websites and data, identify business challenges and intent, and generate hyper-personalized outreach emails. We're now looking for a Python developer to help us scale and shape the future of our platform.

What you’ll be working on:

• Backend development in Python (3.10+)
• Integrating with OpenAI APIs, GPT-4, and other LLM tools.
• Web scraping and website analysis using BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Scrapy.
• Handling structured and unstructured data using Pandas, regex, JSON
• Working with our backend stack: MongoDB + AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
• Building clean, modular, and scalable code for our AI-driven features

What we think you bring:

• Solid experience with Python and a love for building smart backend systems
• You've worked with REST APIs and know how to integrate external tools
• You’re comfortable with MongoDB (or similar NoSQL databases)
• You have some AWS knowledge or want to learn more
• You're curious, experimental, and not afraid to get your hands dirty with messy data
