Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect (Dynamics 365) to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collect and analyze functional requirements in collaboration with the Solution Architect to ensure alignment with technical design
• Design and communicate high-quality technical solutions that meet current and future business needs
• Quality assure the technical architecture and design throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with ROSS platform technical resources on environment planning, version updates, deployments, performance optimization, and customization/integration guidelines
• Share initial responsibility for release and deployment activities with the SA and platform owner
• Lead the integration and optimization of technologies across systems and platforms, focusing on scalability and alignment with developer and business needs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement solutions that span multiple systems and technology platforms
• Expertise in designing technical solutions related to: Service Management, Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, Core Platform components
• Solid understanding of deployment, performance, and integration strategies
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to ensure long-term maintainability, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals
