We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Expert with expertise in Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and Automated EWM to lead the implementation of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for a new warehouse in Sweden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, gathering business requirements, configuring EWM, and ensuring a seamless integration with third-party systems.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills and the ability to work across multiple teams, including onshore and offshore resources. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvements and ensure documentation and training processes are well-managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management & Workshops:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the EWM implementation.
• Conduct onsite workshops to gather and analyze warehouse requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and technical solutions.
• SAP EWM System Setup & Integration:
• Configure and implement Inbound, Outbound, and Internal warehouse processes.
• Develop and manage custom interfaces to connect EWM with third-party software.
• Write Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and provide detailed technical insights.
• Ensure smooth WCS integration for automated warehouse operations.
• Training & Documentation:
• Conduct onsite training sessions for users, ensuring smooth adoption of the EWM system.
• Manage all required project documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Continuous Improvement & Advanced EWM Concepts:
• Identify and implement process improvements in warehouse operations.
• Leverage advanced EWM concepts to enhance system efficiency and automation.
• Cross-Module Knowledge & Team Management:
• Collaborate with teams across MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales & Distribution), and FI (Finance) modules.
• Oversee and coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ SAP EWM Expertise – Strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing EWM solutions.

✅ Custom Interface Development – Experience integrating EWM with third-party software via interfaces.

✅ Functional & Technical Documentation – Proficiency in writing FSDs and managing project documentation.

✅ WCS & Automation – Understanding of Warehouse Control Systems and advanced EWM functionalities.

✅ Client-Facing & Communication Skills – Ability to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

✅ User Training & Support – Experience conducting onsite training for end-users.

✅ Team Leadership – Experience managing onshore and offshore teams in SAP implementations.

✅ Cross-Module SAP Knowledge – Familiarity with MM, PP, SD, and FI modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale SAP EWM implementations within automated warehouse environments.
• Understanding of Advanced EWM Features, such as Labor Management, Slotting, and Yard Management.
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing domains.
