We are seeking a driven and structured Compliance Officer

What You Will Work On

• Supporting business development and transformation initiatives related to risk and compliance
• Updating manuals and ensuring documentation reflects current processes and regulatory requirements
• Producing communication materials and compliance-related information for suppliers
• Interpreting laws, regulations, and compliance texts and translating them into clear, practical guidance for the business
• Contributing to structured ways of working within risk, compliance, and governance

What You Bring

• Solid experience and strong knowledge within risk management and regulatory compliance
• Experience working with business development projects and organizational improvement initiatives
• Proven background in project management and change management
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and translate them into clear, practical business actions
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
• Ability to collaborate across functions and support stakeholders in compliance-related topics
• Swedish citizenship since birth (mandatory requirement due to defense industry regulations; dual citizenship is not accepted)
