Wat You'll Do

• Be an expert within Pre-Season Supply – contribute with knowledge, insights, and deep understanding of business areas and processes with strong communication.
• Contribute to the development agenda and priorities for the process and product you are responsible for.
• Identify and convey new product features based on desired business outcomes and customer needs, assessing feasibility and requirements.
• Support operations with knowledge, ideas, and understanding of issues and incidents.
• Engage stakeholders and connect the dots between business and tech objectives in a clear and well-communicated way.
• Align tech product roadmap with brand agenda and plan.
• Drive, coordinate, and align the tech product team to ensure developments are prioritized, relevant, and on time.

Please note that this is a one year temporary contract where we would like someone to start as soon as possible.

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of the value stream Supply, contributing to supply optimization and supply chain transformation. The mission of the Supply Planning Unit is to enable Regions and Customer Groups to maximize the value of availability, lead-time, cost, and inventory in a sustainable way. We do this by leading the development, implementation, and follow-up of supply planning strategies, processes, and technology. Our approach to delivering exponential value is through Value Streams (e2e Value Stream and Supply Value Stream) and integration of Reverse Supply Operations.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders across functions, sitting at the intersection of end-user needs and tech development. You’ll work closely with Customer Groups, Regions, and tech product teams to enable a circular, customer-centric supply chain. Our organization is built on collaboration, working towards common objectives and winning as a team.

Who You Are

We are looking for people with…

• Knowledge and experience of quantification and supply chain flows overall, especially Pre-Season and Assortment.
• Background as Business Expert, Business Controller or Senior Planner (a plus).
• Ability to communicate and engage various stakeholders across functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex functional issues related to subject matter expertise, with focus on incident solving and communication.
• Tech-savvy mindset with curiosity about agile product development.
