Job description

We are currently looking for a driven and analytical Laboratory Engineer with a focus on molecular biology and proteomics methods for a consulting assignment with our client. We believe you are someone who is accurate, possesses strong analytical thinking, and thrives working hands-on in the lab environment.

We are representing a fast-growing, innovative Life Science company located in the Solna area. The company develops and commercializes cutting-edge products and high-throughput platforms for epigenetic profiling. The firm's technology is critical for enabling breakthroughs in biomedical research, drug discovery, and precision medicine by providing fast, scalable, and cost-effective analysis of how genes are influenced by external factors.

Responsibilities

• Working meticulously in a RnD lab, including precise pipetting.
• Performing and analyzing experiments with a focus on antibodies and related techniques.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a similar relevant field.
• Experience: Industrial experience is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Documented experience with the following:
  • Antibody work and Antibody Assays.
  • Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), including Illumina Sequencing.
  • ELISA and Proteomics methodologies.
• Profile: You are an analytical individual with great social skills.
• Language: Fluent English in both speaking and writing is a requirement.
• Highly desirable: If you have a background within epigenetics and experience in data analysis.
