We are looking for an experienced Project Manager

Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing work within an ERP transformation. A new ERP solution has recently been rolled out, connecting R&D and Finance to procurement processes across several business units. Due to a compressed implementation timeline, there is now a strong need to stabilize the solution and strengthen procurement capabilities beyond the system itself.

In this role, you will lead the procurement workstream and coordinate product and process specialists, ensuring clarity around processes, methods, and ways of working across both the new ERP system and legacy tools. You will collaborate closely with IT, R&D and Finance to establish a complete end-to-end process mapping and identify where changes are required in processes, systems or roles to enable full operational capability. You will also define an actionable implementation plan and secure buy-in within procurement and across the full end-to-end flow.

Qualifications:

• You have previous experience of leading SAP implementation projects.
• You have procurement experience and experience in large scale IT-implementation projects.
• You have relevant university degree; Project management, Industrial engineering, Business management or other.
• You are fluent in English, Swedish is a bonus.
