As Group Business Controller, you will play a central role in driving performance management across the Securitas Group. You will work closely with divisional and functional counterparts to ensure that financial steering reflects both strategic priorities and operational realities. The role involves ownership of key elements of the Securitas Group’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting framework, as well as providing decision support to Group Management on topics ranging from structural profitability to capital allocation and long-term value creation.

You will lead the consolidation and interpretation of business performance across multiple dimensions — business lines, client segments, and geographies — translating complex operational data into actionable financial insights. The role requires a strong grasp of how underlying business activities and contracts convert into revenue, cost, and cash flow, and how these drivers interact across the Group’s diversified portfolio.

The position is based at Group headquarters in Stockholm and reports to the VP Business Control & Strategic Planning. The role entails regular interaction with Group Management, divisional CFOs, and senior leaders across the organization, and plays an important part in preparing materials for Board and external financial communication.

Qualifications:

· University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering

· 5+ years of experience from finance or related roles in an international context

· Solid understanding of how operational performance translates into financial outcomes

· Strong proficiency in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and management reporting

· Experience from working with divisional or business line structures

· High comfort in preparing and presenting analyses for senior management audiences

· Fluency in English

Skilled in Excel/ PowerPoint; experience from consolidation or BI systems meriting
