Join Infor’s M3 Development Team as a Senior Business Analyst and help shape the future of our cloud-based ERP platform. Based in Linköping or Stockholm, you’ll work on core architectural components and common functionality used across industries like Food & Beverage, Fashion, Distribution, and Equipment. This role blends deep technical insight with business acumen, offering a unique opportunity to influence product direction and deliver scalable solutions to global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs and functional specifications
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of features
• Participate in debugging and technical discussions with a working understanding of Java code
• Lead requirement analysis, design, verification, and documentation for new features and customer-reported issues
• Perform testing and validation of new functionalities, including test automation
• Prepare user documentation and conduct demos to support feature adoption
• Contribute to architectural components such as printouts, archiving, and job management
• Engage with requirement owners and application leads to aligning priorities and solutions
• Support cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software development environment
• Strong understanding of solution design and system architecture
• Ability to read and understand Java code
• Experience working with ERP systems or enterprise software products
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software development or a transition from development to business analysis
• Experience with Infor M3 or similar ERP systems
• University degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience leading teams or initiatives
• Swedish language skills (a plus, but not mandatory)
