Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity: BNEW RCE CX TS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist in RAN end to end Field Performance to join our team. This position is of strategic importance to establish and maintain RAN technology leadership in today's networks and to overcome the complexity of tomorrow's networks with hybrid deployments. The role involves driving end-to-end RAN performance characterization based on real-world commercial networks.  What you will do: * Analyze factors impacting satisfactory end-user performance experience in a RAN network.  * Influence deployment and software acceptance strategies, tools, and field characterization to ensure cost-effective and reliable end-to-end performance in deployed commercial networks.  * Define analysis and diagnostics methods, such as data analytics, for end-to-end performance evaluation and troubleshooting.  * Identify, interface, and drive product improvements to ensure quick, automated, and reliable feedback from the field to design via close collaboration with peer development teams.  * Actively interact with systems management to secure practical and testable end-to-end field performance requirements.  * Network with the entire product development unit and other organizations on end-to-end field performance-related questions.  * Coach, mentor, and actively spread knowledge related to RAN end-to-end field performance characterization throughout the organization.  * Stay updated with market trends and roadmaps – competitor and technology. The skills you bring: * Proven experience in RAN end-to-end field performance troubleshooting. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Knowledge of multi-standard RBS (Radio Base Station) and Cloud-RAN deployments.
