On behalf of our good client in Ålesund, we need 2 Concrete Workers/Formwork Carpenters for long-term assignments. Preferably a team that has worked together before. Possibilities for permanent employment for the right person in the long run. We can offer exciting, varied, and challenging projects. The client has a large order reserve and has a good reputation in the market after long experience in the industry. We can provide housing for those who do not live in the Ålesund area. WorkTasks: - Formwork and concrete work on various long-term projects in the Ålesund area. - Commercial buildings and residential projects. - Traditional formwork. Skills and Qualifications: - Certificate of apprenticeship as a concrete worker (relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education) - Minimum 1 year of experience as a concrete worker/formwork carpenter - Ability to read construction drawings - Advantageous to have courses in fall protection, hot work, and lifting/signaling - Fluent in a Scandinavian language or good English skills Personal Qualities: - Professionally skilled - Able to work independently - Responsible and reliable - Team player - Quality-conscious - Stable and loyal The Company Offers: - Competitive conditions - Accommodation near the project if needed - Long-term assignment - Solid client with good order backlog and financial stability - 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday from 07:00 to 15:30 - Very good and inclusive work environment - Social events If this sounds interesting: Send us your CV/application as soon as possible.
