Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Work Package Consultant to support backlog clearance activities within a Vehicle Operations team. The role is critical to streamline processes across multiple markets and ensure accurate and timely follow-up on vehicle-related charges.

Objectives

• Manage and execute over-mileage and excessive wear-and-tear (EWT) chargebacks
• 
  
• Clear backlog across defined markets
• 
  
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to facilitate cost recovery
• 
  
• Maximize recovery of vehicle damage costs

Expected Achievements

• Complete backlog clearance for the Netherlands (1,141 cars for EWT; 484 for over-mileage)
• 
  
• Complete backlog clearance for France (600 cars for over-mileage and EWT)

Key Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

• Strong understanding of damage regulation and insurance procedures
• 
  
• Experience in backlog processing and vehicle lifecycle follow-up

Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with the following tools/systems:

• Codiac / Cosmos

• Microsoft Dynamics

• OTD

• Market-specific LMS partner portals

IT Security

• Awareness of security protocols related to system connections
