Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Unit Controller to support cost optimization and financial planning activities within manufacturing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and has a strong understanding of business performance and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor cost drivers across factory and distribution processes
• 
  
• Conduct follow-ups on gap analyses and identify areas for process improvement
• 
  
• Review and explain variances between budgeted and actual results
• 
  
• Analyze both financial and non-financial KPIs to support strategic decisions
• 
  
• Provide insights into Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to drive cost efficiency
• 
  
• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
• 
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and finance teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar controller or financial analyst role
• 
  
• Strong skills in Excel and financial reporting
• 
  
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• 
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• 
  
• Language Requirements: Proficient in both Swedish and English
