Are you organized, quick-thinking, and passionate about smooth transport solutions? We're looking for a Transport Planner to join our dynamic team and help coordinate daily taxi operations that keep the city moving.

About the Role:

As a Transport Planner in our taxi company, you'll be responsible for dispatching, route planning, and overseeing the day-to-day coordination of our drivers and vehicles. Your role ensures that every passenger gets a reliable, safe, and timely ride – every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming ride requests and bookings
• Plan and assign trips to drivers in an efficient and fair manner
• Communicate with drivers in real time to handle route changes, delays, or special needs
• Resolve customer or operational issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure that schedules comply with legal and internal safety guidelines
• Maintain records of trips, schedules, and vehicle availability

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Communicates clearly with both drivers and customers
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable working with dispatch systems and GPS tools
• Speaks Swedish and English (other languages are a plus)
• Is flexible and available for shift work,
