Job Responsibilities
Who You Are
We’re looking for a people-centered, emotionally intelligent tech leader with a collaborative mindset. You don’t need to tick every box—but we hope you bring:
• A servant leadership style with strong coaching and mentoring ability
• Comfort working with or close to IT and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
• Skills in stakeholder engagement, feedback, and conflict resolution
• Experience building inclusive, diverse teams and nurturing team motivation
• Willingness to learn, stay open-minded, and grow alongside your team
• Courage to be transparent, admit mistakes, and handle complexity with care
This Is Us
A leadership role where people, purpose, and progress go hand in hand. You’ll be part of a growing international network of leaders across TRATON, and help shape the future of how we collaborate.
You’ll lead in a culture built on TRATON’s core values:
• Customer First – by focusing on value creation through IT in everything we do
• Respect – by listening deeply, acting inclusively, and leading with integrity
• Team Spirit – by fostering connection, collaboration, and trust
• Responsibility – by being accountable for both results and people
• Elimination of Waste – by continuously improving how we work and deliver
If you believe in leading with trust—not control—and building teams where people feel safe, seen, and supported, we’d love to hear from you.
