Our client, a prominent telecommunications provider in the region, a leading media company in the Nordic area, and a top ICT solutions provider in Finland and the Baltics, is currently conducting a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of one of their ICT services. This assessment is being carried out in accordance with ISO 14040: 2006, ISO 14044: 2006, and relevant provisions of ISO 14067: 2018. They are seeking independent third-party validation, specifically a critical review, during Q2 2025.

We are interested in engaging a verifier listed on the EPD Verifiers list to provide a quote for conducting this critical review. Additionally, we would like to inquire about your availability during May and June 2025.

Background:

A critical review involves an independent third party ensuring that the LCA study aligns with the applicable standards' principles and requirements. According to ISO 14040, any LCA used for comparative or external communication purposes should undergo a critical review by a panel of reviewers, including representatives from competing products or businesses, to verify its credibility and reliability. While it is mandatory for comparative assertions, it is also highly recommended for external disclosures to enhance trustworthiness.
